every 7 days get one night free

$100 cleaning fee per booking
$300 damage deposit
11.8% lodging tax levied by authorities

Cancellation Policy: Before 60 days, you will forfeit a $25 booking fee
60 - 30 days, you will forfeit a $100 booking fee
Less than 30 days, you will lose $100 if we are able to re-book, one night's rent if we are unable to re-book.
